The Green Law Group, PLLC. was created for one purpose…to protect the “Davids”, consisting of homeowners, policyholders, and contractors, against the unscrupulous actions of the “Goliath” insurance companies.  Every year, insurers spend millions of dollars to “spin” the narrative that they are the victims.  They employ hundreds of lobbyists to push laws through the legislature that benefit them, not the insured. 

Insurance companies argue that there are too many claims and that they cannot afford to pay out legitimate claims.  These insurers are not “good neighbors” and policyholders are definitely not “in good hands”.  Insurers have one objective in mind…profit.  Count how many television commercials you see for these insurers and remind yourself while your claim is being denied or underpaid, that those commercials are being paid with your premiums.  We understand the games insurers play and are here to protect you.
